Forgot Your Password Trading Account
In the event that investors cannot enter the system Since you forgot your password, you can reset your password. To enter the password reset process as follows
Step 2
2.1 Enter the email address that you have registered for a trading account
2.2 Press the Send button
Step 3
When pressing the Send button from step 2 The system will bring you to the number code confirmation page. That the system has sent to your e-mail
Note : that the numeric code has a time limit of 1 minute if you do not confirm the numeric code on time. The system will send a new code to you. You only need to use a new set of numeric codes.
Step 4
4.1 Check your email at Strike ProFx | Password Reset.
4.2 Remember the numeric code or Copy the numeric code to enter into the numeric code confirmation box.
Step 5
Enter the code number received from your email and press Confirm button.
Note : The numeric code in the image is an example code only. It cannot be used to reset the password every time.
Step 6
6.1 Set your preferred password
Note: Passwords must contain at least 6 characters, at least 1 lowercase English character, at least one uppercase English letter, and at least 1 number (cannot use letters. Special and Thai language)
6.2 Press the Set password button.
